This is me?

I have a background in HR. As an HR-manager and HR-specialist and as a manager myself. Since 2016 I have my own business were I mainly work as an consultant in the area of professinal coaching, leadership training and HR-interim. I do some mentoring as well.

I have my office at home at our farm in the south of Dalarna, Sweden but I travel and I work both through phone and Skype/Zoom.

Coaching and Teamcoaching

What can professional coaching accieve? It's not so easy to tell in a few lines it's better to experience youself. Contact me for a free coaching session and you will see.

I offer coaching for individuals in four different packages or if you prefere ask for a tender and I send you a concept and a price. From the summer of 2021 I am also fully traied as a teamcoach Please contact and I will tell you more.

Leadership

Right now I offer leadership training through training/cources to managers in small business here in Dalarna or through personal coaching or mentoring.

HR-interim

Do you want me to help you with some issues or do you want my help for a few moths. I can work both as an HR-specialist and a HR-manager.

If you have some special tasks that can be dealt with from my home office I have the skill and knowledge.

I charge from 900 - 1000 SEK per hour depending of number of hours plus tax.
